The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History is pleased to announce its 14th annual Live Buffalo Stampede Race!

Run or walk the Live Buffalo Stampede Half Marathon and 5K Race on October 1, with great bison art t-shirts, custom medals & trophies, fun cheer stations, and delicious after race food.

The Live Stampede kicks off our free annual Boonville Days Texas Heritage Festival, fun for the entire family! After the race...Enjoy Boonville Days Texas Heritage Festival of frontier skills, chuck wagon cooking, arts, and music. Festive Boonville Days activities from 9am-4pm are inside and outside the Museum. Museum admission is free during the event!
