Enjoy a delicious Fall Wine Pairing dinner with Silver Oak on October 3rd at 6:30 PM inside of Hershel's at The Stella Hotel, hosted by Campfire. The price is $110 per person and seating is limited.

On the menu:

  • Grilled Texas Qauil
    Arugula, chevre, roasted red grape, pickled shallot , toasted pecans
  • Pan Seared Diver Scallop
    Smoked Sweet Potato Risotto, crispy prosciutto, sherry maple gastrique
  • Coq au Vin
    Heirloom carrots, exotic mushrooms, celeriac gnocchi
  • Pear Panna Cotta
    Cabernet Gelee with biscotti crumble
