Mindfulness Meditation with Libra Within at Lake Walk
Libra Within Mindfulness Experience is a pop-up at Lake Walk focused on grounding yourself in the present to connect your mind and body. Located on our Pavilion stage, Sabrina will guide you through some light stretches and breathing exercises for 45 minutes while reflecting on different aspects of wellness.
