A "Fresh Start" Must-Try Mocktail Recipe Featuring Ronin Farm & Restaurant

Ronin features family farm cuisine with a constantly evolving menu. Set in the beautiful, newly-renovated historic Ice House on Main in Downtown Bryan, their selections are based on the current growing season and what they have harvested from their garden during that given week.

Ronin has also built an innovative beverage program featuring interesting and unusual offerings which are aligned with their philosophies on food - an emphasis on small production, organic, biodynamic offerings of the season. "Fresh Start" Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce Cooled Chamomile Tea
  • 1 ounce Honey + Chamomile Simple Syrup
  • .25 ounces Fresh Ginger Juice
  • 3 Cardamom Pods
Ronin Farm & Restaurant's "Fresh Start" Mocktail.

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then fine strain. For an extra touch, we recommend garnishing your mocktail with a bit of dried or fresh chamomile tea & lavender. Serve in a cocktail coupe glass.
