About Bojo Coffee Co.
This coffee shop is a dream-turned-reality for Megan and Cole, the local couple that owns Bojo Coffee Co. They started roasting coffee beans for a local church in 2020, and a few years later, were on an overseas trip in Borjomi when they felt a pull to turn their passion for coffee roasting into something more.
In 2023, they opened a mobile coffee cart in Aggieland. Its name? A little reminder of the city where they realized their dreams: “Bojo” Coffee Co. ☕️
After 2+ years sharing delicious coffee around town with their mobile cart, they’ve expanding with a new cozy brick-and-mortar shop at the Ice House on Main.
Bojo Coffee Co. officially opens in Historic Downtown Bryan on Monday, January 26th.
