Margie’s originally opened as the Opersteny Saloon in 1924. The Opersteny Family’s burgers were known to be so delicious that patrons would lick the juice off the paper wrappers after finishing their burger. More than 100 years later, you can still get an Opersteny Burger made the old-fashioned way on the original grill.
