The Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair has been scheduled for April 13, 2024, and will take place in Historic Downtown Bryan from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We look forward to seeing our community come together to celebrate our thriving arts & culture community!

Plein Air Paint OutDuring the Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair be sure to look out for artists participating in a Plein Air Paint Out, sponsored by the Visual Art Society of Bryan-College Station! Witness a variety of artists painting or drawing the scenes of Historic Downtown Bryan in the lively atmosphere of the Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair!
Steamroll Printing
Witness Steamroll Printing! What has become an annual favorite, steamroller printing combines the force of power machinery with the delicacy of lino printmaking. Steam-rolled prints will be hung to dry and available for view near St. Andrews Episcopal Church!

The Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair is growing! We're expanding the event's offerings this year to include a biergarten-style Refreshment Zone, a Youth Art Tent, and a Performance Art Tent. Scroll below for more details on these exciting new offerings.

- Craft your very own ribbon wand! Join us at the Kids Craft Tent to create your own piece of art to take home with you. The Kids Craft Tent is sponsored by Purple Turtle Art Studio.

Art Demonstrations
- Witness Steamroll Printing! What has become an annual favorite, steamroller printing combines the force of power machinery with the delicacy of lino printmaking. Steam-rolled prints will be hung to dry and available for view. Steamroll printing will take place near St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.
- Witness a Plein Air Paint Out! In the style of Plein Air, artists will bring their own art supplies, easels, and chairs, and will set up on any given corner of downtown to capture the life of Historic Downtown Bryan. Paintings will be available for sale. Plein Air Paint Out is hosted by the Visual Art Society Bryan-College Station. Located on Bryan Avenue near RX Pizza.
- Live T-Shirt Screen Printing by Vortex Studios. Free t-shirts will be available to the first 500 attendees, courtesy of Destination Bryan. Located on Bryan Avenue in front of The Frame Gallery.
- Meet the Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church Artist-In-Residence, Atelier Sisk , and learn how to create your very own botanical relief sculpture in the form of an all-natural pendant, bowl, or tile. The beautiful Saint Andrew's courtyard garden will be the setting for sculpting at 11AM and 2PM.
Performance Art Tent
- New this year! Enjoy performances throughout the day by The Theater Company & other performance groups from the Brazos Valley.
Youth Art Tent
- New this year! Support youth artists from across the Brazos Valley. Artworks by elementary school students from Iola, Normangee, and Johnson Elementary in Bryan will be on display and available for purchase.
Refreshment Zone
- New this year! Take a break at the Refreshment Zone, located in the 100-block of South Bryan Avenue. This shaded, biergarten-style Refreshment Zone will feature beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Must be 21+ to purchase alcoholic beverages.
