INTERSECTIONS Textile Learning Center & Gallery was established in August 2013 as a ‘brick & mortar’ location for local (Brazos Valley) spinners, weavers and other fiber artists.
This is their space to share their fiber art knowledge and skills with the public through teaching, demonstrating, exhibiting and selling their work. INTERSECTIONS sells locally handcrafted wearable textiles (scarves & shawls), home goods (towels, placemats & rugs), accessories (jewelry & purses) and fiber art (wall hangings & 3-D art pieces).
We also serve as a gallery space to display, showcase and sell works by local textile and fiber artists who are members of INTERSECTIONS. These artists are also our workshop and class instructors, and demonstrators at cultural events.
