- Mains: Pan-grilled Ginger Fish served with Pumpkin sauce & Fragrant Rice
- Dessert: Stuffed Peanut & Coconut Crepes with Palm Sugar
- October 17 — Osso Buco
- Appetizer: Crispy Pork with Szechuan Pepper
- Mains: Osso Buco (Beef Shank) served with Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus & Brown Gravy
- Dessert: Stuffed Peanut & Coconut Crepes with Palm Sugar
