“Colorful Shells” Pastel Workshop with pastel artist Tetyana Aleksenko at Degallery (930 North Rosemary Dr., Bryan) May 10, Saturday from 1 pm to 6 pmDuring a one-day workshop with Tetyana Aleksenko we will learn how to paint beautiful shells on black background with hard and soft pastels and pastel pencils. We will learn how to achieve striking contrast by using bright colors and how to use the texture of the paper to our advantage. Students will have an option either to transfer the image or to draw the shell freehand. All supplies included.
