Calling all food enthusiasts and aspiring chefs!
La Bougainvillea has three cooking classes with Chef Guna this fall:
- September 20 — Thai Cuisine (Tom Yum Shrimp Rolls, Thai Pad Phet Chicken, and Lemongrass Rice)
- October 3 — Mastering the Making of Black Pepper Sauce (Grilled Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Asparagus)
- October 10 — Mediterranean and Northern African Cuisine (Greek Salad, Turkish Kofa Beef Meatballs, Shakshouka served with Flatbread)
Class fee includes all ingredients, cooking instruction, recipes, sales tax/processing fees. Water will be available but students are welcome to bring their own beverages.
