Join Brazos Valley Fiber Arts on Saturday, October 10, 2026, for the Interdependence Relay, a free community gathering centered on fiber arts, conversation and connection.
Part of a larger national event, the Interdependence Relay uses fiber arts to explore what happens when individual contributions become part of something larger. Instead of passing a baton, we are passing yarn, stories, skills and ideas from one person to another.
Bring a portable fiber arts project and join us for a relaxed morning of making and conversation. Knit, crochet, spin, weave, embroider. All skill levels are welcome. This gathering is about meeting people, sharing space and experiencing how working with our hands can help build community.
Come make, connect and be part of a community built one stitch at a time.
The event is free, but RSVP is required, as space is limited.
Please note that the Interdependence Relay will be photographed and videotaped for documentation and Brazos Valley Fiber Arts communications. By registering for and attending, you acknowledge that photography and video recording will occur and your attendance serves as consent and a photo/video release permitting Brazos Valley Fiber Arts to use images or recordings in which you may appear.
Please arrive by 9:45 AM
