Preserving the Harvest: Stocking the Pantry Canning Series with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension

Learn how to safely preserve delicious foods for your family during this hands-on canning series presented by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. Attend one class or register for the entire five-class series!

Class will be held from 9am to 2pm at the Brazos County Extension Office.

Class Schedule:

• November 4, 2026: Turkey and Cranberry Sauce
• December 9, 2026: Beef Stew with Vegetables and Pie Filling
• January 19, 2027: Spicy Pickled Beets and Pickled Yellow Pepper Rings
• February 23, 2027: Collard Greens and Sweet Potatoes
• May 3, 2027: Salsa and Jalapeno Jelly

Cost: $30 per class or $100 for all five classes. Class size is limited to 20 participants.

Checks should be made payable to Brazos FCS. Payments are transferable but are not refundable within two weeks of the class date.
