What is the HOT Grant?

The HOT Grant is a grant funding program for events that bring hotel room nights into Bryan properties. Funds are typically tied to the production of a minimum room night requirement. These funds can be used to pay for costs directly associated with the production of the event and are paid on a reimbursement basis after the conclusion of the event, submission of a post-event report, and confirmation of necessary production.

Prior to Event

Before your event begins, you will want to make sure you are set up to gather all the required information during your event, per our agreement.

Depending on the funding requirements outlined in our agreement, there may be other pre-event deliverables such as Destination Bryan logo placements on your website, pre-arrival emails to attendees, etc.

Event

We'll work with you to ensure your event in Bryan, Texas is successful.

Post-Event

Submission of Survey or Pick-Up Report
- Within 60 days of the end of your event, you will submit your attendance and hotel survey and/or hotel room pick-up report to Destination Bryan for proof of your event's room night generation.
