Carney's Pub & Grill
Serving as the local watering hole for decades, “Carney’s” is a must-try spot on any trip to Aggieland. Located in Bryan’s up-and-coming Midtown area – just minutes from Texas A&M University's Main Campus – this pub serves a variety of craft beers on tap, mixed drinks, melt-in-your-mouth steak quesadillas, tasty tacos, large salads, and more.
They also have a 225" LED TV on their patio, perfect for watching other football games on Friday nights. We're serious, Carney’s is a must on any game day weekend in Aggieland!

Chicken Oil Co.
The Dixie Chicken's sister restaurant, Chicken Oil Co., is a community favorite with a patio and spacious inside seating area. This Aggieland staple has been around since 1977, serving up burgers, salads, chicken fried steaks and their famous Tijuana fries.
In 2022, Chicken Oil Co. closed due to a fire that destroyed the interior of the historic restaurant. The infamous tables and posters were saved, but the animal head mounts that decorated the walls were lost in the fire. All of the new mounts around the restaurant were donated by the community when Chicken Oil Co. reopened in 2025.

Shipwreck Grill
Located in Midtown, "The Ship" is known for its fresh oysters, peel-and-eat shrimp, fish baskets, and burgers. Shipwreck Grill has great drinks, draft beer, and a large patio if your group needs to spread out a bit.

Kanji Sushi
Enjoy an elevated dining experience at Kanji Sushi, where Chef Tai and his team combine creativity with authenticity in the art of sushi-making.

Another fast, casual restaurant in downtown, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner but especially known for their knock-out brunch is 3rd on Main!
We're talking pulled pork & queso breakfast tacos, cornbread pancakes smothered in syrup, bacon jam fries, and so much more brunchy goodness. Try to get there early, because this place is known to have a line out the door!

Rx Pizza & Bar
Located in the historic James Pharmacy building, Rx Pizza & Bar has a drool-worthy brunch menu complete with "Sunrise Tots," "Rx Beignets," and of course carafes of mimosas! Their brunch menu is available Saturdays & Sundays from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Polite Coffee Roasters at The Kyle House
Home to Polite Coffee Co., this 1800s Victorian home was once the residence of Edwin Kyle, the namesake of Texas A&M’s legendary football stadium.
Featuring barista-inspired coffees, spacious seating, and tasty assorted pastries, this shop will have you bright-eyed and ready for the game! You can even order your coffee ahead of time.

Harvest Coffee Bar
Serving specialty coffee and a gourmet menu, this local favorite features handmade from scratch pastries with fresh, natural ingredients.
